"I  was able to spend two hours cooking with Stephanie... and developed my skills and knowledge in the kitchen. She showed me how simple cooking with real, healthy foods could be. We transformed chicken into 4 or 5 different meals consisting of stir fries, pastas, soups, and chicken breasts. We did not use a large list of ingredients, everything was measured by eye, and the flavours that were created were all delicious, and contained a lot of variety.
